How to Order

Choose the vehicle using stock search.

Choose the vehicle required by you using our Stock search function. Once you find the car you like, check its details and photos. You can also download ‘Download Printer Friendly Version’ using the link provided on the page.

Click on Make An Offer button and inquire about the cost of car. / Select the make, model and variant of car to be ordered.

If you do not find your required car in Stock Search, you can send us inquiry for your required vehicle by clicking Inquiry in top menu. Let us know the make, model and variant of vehicle required by you. Also, let us know the optional accessories required by you.

After receiving your inquiry, we shall send you quote and other information about the vehicle via email.

Once we finalize the price, we shall issue Proforma Invoice with full specification of the vehicle. You must inform us documents required in your country for importation of vehicle at the time of placing order. We shall also inform you estimated delivery time and deposit amount to be paid.

After receiving Proforma Invoice, you must pay deposit as per agreement within one week time. Payment must be done by Bank Telegraphic Transfer to our bank account specified in the Proforma Invoice.

Balance payment must be paid on receipt of Chassis number of the vehicle. Shipping will be organized after receiving full payment only.

Once we receive the Vehicle at yard from the factory we will organize PDI Inspection, photography of the vehicle and checking of all optional accessories ordered. We shall send the photographs of vehicle and shipping schedule via email.

After receiving your confirmation about shipment date, we shall do the Vessel Booking and Customs Clearance Procedures.

On completion of Shipping Procedures, we shall arrange the Shipment of vehicle.

Original Documents viz. Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Production / Type approval certificate, any other documents that were requested and agreed at time of sale would be dispatched to you after the shipment. Copies of the documents would be sent you via email.

Once you receive the documents, you can begin the importation procedure as per your country’s rules. Your clearing agent can help you to complete the procedure and give you an indication on the duties and taxes to be paid.

We do follow up with the customer on arrival of the vehicle at the destination. All local formalities and payment of duties / levies are to be managed by you.

We also provide after sales support, technical consultation and parts support as and when required.
